I am a Transformative Holistic Practitioner, Somatic Chakra Sound Practitioner and Author. My training is based on cutting edge psychology, brain science, neurological science, nutrition, intuitive listening, habit change, healthy lifestyle design and Transformational Coaching Methods.
For the past few years, I have been helping busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and stressed individuals, enable the transformation of their mindset, health and their lives.
My vision is to empower individuals to Regenerate Authentic Wellness, by tuning within to align and connect holistically, so that they can live their Infinite Potential, purposefully.
My mission is to provide coaching and coach training that will guide, motivate and inspire others to hold to their vision with passion, and to live a life of abundance and gratitude. This is done through intuitive, heart centered engagement, as I cater to each individual according to their specific need, through authentic connective practices.
